Beyond Limits

Client: Shaffra

Transforming complex metaverse architecture into a clear business narrative. We revealed the value of an 'invisible' engine to investors by replacing dry schematics with immersive visual storytelling.

Selling the Invisible

Shaffra (UAE) developed a proprietary engine for enterprise metaverses. The product was highly technical (MaaS, API), and investors struggled to see its potential behind the jargon.

My role: Develop the UX structure and English copywriting to convert technical documentation into a clear investment narrative. I needed to explain why businesses need a virtual world, shifting the conversation from rendering technology to business value.

Shifting the Paradigm

Standard web layouts couldn't convey the scale of Web3.
I proposed a visual metaphor of shifting dimensions: your current business is fast and efficient like a supercar, but it is forever limited to the flat surface of the road.

Shaffra is a spaceship. We invited investors not just to "speed up," but to change their very mode of transport, soaring above physical boundaries. The user experiences this transformation physically while scrolling through the site.

UX Strategy & Impact

Research revealed that while the metaverse market was nascent with few direct competitors, it was filled with noise. To stand out, we couldn't just list features.

The solution: I focused on user pain points. Instead of abstract "virtual reality," we showed concrete business cases: office cost reduction, avatar-based training, and global hiring. The copy was tailored to the investors' mindset—clear, concise, and free of fluff. To respect their time, I designed a "Skip" button that fast-tracks users straight to the key facts.

The result: The website launched in just 4 weeks, right in time for a major international tech conference. This high-impact storytelling helped the client secure strategic partners on the spot and close their funding round.
