Selling to Geeks
Without Being Academic
Alinom is an IT infrastructure monitoring platform monetized through partner services.
Using raw mockups and jargon-heavy engineering presentations as starting assets, a thorough audit convinced the art director to completely restructure the UX. The final task was translating technical protocols into business benefits — positioning the product for CTOs and engineers without generic cliches.
The process began with a stress-test of the product logic. The initial prototype merged software downloads, partner applications, and exams into a single, overwhelming form.
Flow Design
Synchronized the UX with real business processes (lead routing, expectation management), separating audiences into independent funnels.
Information Architecture
Cleared screen clutter, moving dry technical specifications to secondary layers while prioritizing practical Use Cases.

B2B Copywriting
Targeted at a global audience, all website copy was crafted from scratch in English, adhering to a precise, modern Tone of Voice typical of international SaaS products.
Element naming, form microcopy, and architecture descriptions were fully restructured. Abstract calls to action were replaced with concrete, conversion-focused labels, with each CTA clearly defining the next user action.
Global Release
The resulting high-converting, clean website automatically routes different lead types (end-users, distributors, engineers) into targeted partner funnels.
Today, Alinom leverages this digital asset as its primary showcase for global expansion, successfully pitching the product to major system integrators and telecommunication providers across the MENA region.
